But, I admit I didn’t walk very far yesterday and didn’t do any sort of other work out. -sigh

The best strength training in the world is trying to hold on to something while a 130lb Italian Mastiff pulls it the opposite way.

It started raining and I had to turn back, because I didn’t know how bad it was going to get and I had my phone with me, so I didn’t want that getting wet. :/ Plus side, I alternated between running and walking for the most part.
